Vans Slam Jam

The collaboration between Slam Jam and Vans represents an ongoing meeting of the minds between two ideologies of creative subversion through the reinterpretation of timeless silhouettes. Partnering with multi-talented Polish-American artist Julian Klincewicz, they bring a capsule that explores Klincewicz's teenage creative energy, an age where the journey is more important than the destination, featuring the artist's take on the Era, the Slip-on, the Era 5x5, a washed black jacket/pants look, and a set of two longsleeves and a T-shirt. In 2022, Vans and Slam Jam rework the Sk8-Hi, designed with British artist Fergus Purcell aka Fergus "Fergadelic", a ubiquitous symbol of counter-culture worn by shoe and sneaker enthusiasts far and wide.
