Converse and Tokyo-based Ambush are releasing their first collaborative capsule which plays on two classic styles: the Converse Pro Leather and the Converse Chuck 70.

Ambush, founder Yoon Ahn picks the star chevron as the mark of creativity to give life to a project that capitalizes on the element of surprise. Infusing Ambush’s signature idiosyncratic, often utilitarian styling to both sneakers – the traditionally canvas and leather silhouettes are reworked with exaggerated proportions.

The Converse x Ambush Pro Leather and Chuck 70 will be available online and at both Slam Jam stores as of October 19th.
